Case studies

The work,
and the receipts.

Five businesses. Every ranking claimed here is public, so you can check one before you read another word. The numbers are what came back, not what went out.

A real lead is an inbound call, text or reply. A contact that never answered is not a lead and we do not count it as one.

The Gane Access website

Gane Access, Scaffolding, Newport

Gane Access

Commercial scaffolding, out of county, and the highest job value on our books. The client that looks most like the businesses we now build for.

£2000Average job value
12Enquiries a month
0Contacts that went cold

Where they started

Winning work on reputation and repeat contractors, with nothing coming in from search.

What we built

Site, Google profile, call and form tracking, and automated follow-up on every enquiry.

What happened

Twelve enquiries a month through the first full quarter, and every single contact responded. Nothing sat unanswered.

Why it matters here

Newport, not Swindon. It is the one client that shows this is not built around one town.

The Luke & Dan's website

Luke & Dan's, Tree and garden, Royal Wootton Bassett

Luke & Dan's

A seasonal trade with steady lead flow, and the only figure on this site that is money won rather than money enquired about.

£50k+Of new work won
24Enquiries a month

Where they started

Word of mouth and a quiet winter every year.

What we built

A site built to convert, local rankings across the surrounding villages, and follow-up that catches the enquiries that come in at nine at night.

What happened

Over £50,000 of new work, and lead flow that holds through the off season rather than collapsing with the weather.

Why we lead with it

It is the credibility anchor for every other number here. £50k across roughly 288 enquiries a year is about £174 realised each, which is a figure that survives being questioned.

The Junk Busters website

Junk Busters, Waste removal, Swindon

Junk Busters

The longest-running account and the clearest demonstration of what reviews and rankings do to each other when both are worked at the same time.

5.0From 62 reviews
36Enquiries a month
3.37%Click rate from search

Where they started

Competing on price in a trade where everyone competes on price.

What we built

Rankings across the waste and clearance searches, a review process that actually runs, and tracking on every route in.

What happened

Sixty-two reviews at a straight 5.0, 649 profile views last month, and 46% of tracked terms on page one.

Read it properly

Thirty-six a month is the biggest enquiry count on this page and the jobs are around £200. The number to look at here is the compounding, not the volume.

Two more, told straight

Real, and thinner. We are not going to pad them out.

Stepcorrect Flooring

We took them to first for flooring in Swindon. The engagement has since ended and they moved to a different domain, so the achievement is ours and where they sit today is not. That is the whole story and it is why this is a line rather than a case study.

SimplyShine

Thirty-four enquiries a month at around £140 a job. It is worth saying plainly that this is our own valeting business, built on the same system we sell. It is the proving ground rather than a client win, and treating it as anything else would be the exact thing this page exists to avoid.

Check one of these, then book a call.

Twenty minutes. What your competitors are ranking for, what that traffic is worth, and whether we can shift it. If we cannot help we will say so on the call and tell you who can.

We take on a small number of clients at a time, so not every enquiry gets taken.
